Keith Welch works for the Customer & Access Services department of the Indiana University Herman B. Wells library as a ‘Network and Software Analyst’. This title has very little to do with his actual work.
Mr. Welch owns two cockatiels, Sweet Pea and Baby.
He doesn’t call his mother often enough.
